Sirius Cognition

An AI org chart. Nine agents. One founder.

Sirius runs its operations on a small organization of specialized AI agents — managed, curated, and approved by a human founder. This is what lets a studio of fifteen ship like an enterprise of two hundred.

How it operates

01

The founder is the curator.

The agents produce. The founder selects, refines, and approves. Taste cannot be delegated.

02

Every external surface passes a human gate.

Nothing reaches a client, prospect, or the public without approval. Hardcoded, not policy.

03

Notion is the canonical memory.

Long-term memory lives in one place. Agents read from it and write to it. If a fact is not there, an agent does not know it.

04

Cite sources or be silent.

Any factual claim — about a prospect, a market, a number — must cite the source. Outputs without sources are auto-flagged.

05

Approval queue under sixty seconds.

If the founder cannot approve in under a minute on average, the studio bottlenecks. The Cockpit is engineered around this constraint.

The nine agents

The nine agents

#01 · Chief

Sirius CEO

Reads everything every other agent produced this week. Surfaces the three decisions the founder must make. Surfaces the risks. Celebrates the wins.

#02 · Marketing

Sirius Voice

Drafts external-facing copy in the Sirius voice. Cinematic. Specific. Bilingual when called for. Never publishes without explicit founder approval.

#03 · Sales

Sirius Outreach

Researches accounts, drafts cold outreach in the Sirius voice, builds the dossier. The founder sends nothing the agent did not draft, and the agent sends nothing the founder did not approve.

#04 · Producer

Sirius Conductor

Runs the studio's projects. Produces weekly status memos. Tracks risks. Flags scope drift before it becomes a fire.

#05 · Design

Sirius Composer

Generates concept directions, finds visual references, runs the brand-fine-tune for AI activations. The founder picks the direction.

#06 · Engineering

Sirius Builder

Writes code, reviews pull requests, surfaces security and quality concerns. A human engineer makes the final call on production merges.

#07 · Research

Sirius Observatory

Watches the GCC creative-technology market continuously. Builds account dossiers. Surfaces signal — RFPs, leadership changes, expansion announcements — the moment it appears.

#08 · Finance

Sirius Ledger

Tracks revenue, cashflow, and project profitability daily. Produces the monthly close. Surfaces variance before it bites.

#09 · Recruiter

Sirius Talent

Sources the humans whose taste cannot be replaced. Builds the bench. The founder talks to the shortlist.

What this changes

A studio of fifteen ships like an enterprise of two hundred. Discovery sprints take two weeks instead of six. Client memos are written the same day. The market is watched continuously, not quarterly. The founder spends their time on the decisions and the craft that only a human can do.
